I received this call from my ex colleague who works for the so called "Best Management Training Provider in Malaysia".
Walk the talk. Do not deceive your client by telling them your company consists 100% full timers, and right behind them you are sourcing for headcount to fill up your jobs. If your company is really the "BEST", you should not practise this. You are not only acting against your integrity, you are also digging your own grave.
At SAM Consulting, our pool of consultants may not be of abundance, but each of us know what we are doing. We do not take up jobs we aren't capable of, nor we go around preaching sales calls telling people we have 60 consultants but in reality only 5. If we cannot handle, we will honestly say NO. Profit making is important, but not to the extent sacrifising QUALITY DELIVERY.
We uphold integrity at its highest standard. We respect confidentiality by not posting clients' pictures on our social media accounts. We do not even share clients' profile during our sales call. That is what differenciate us from any Smart Mavericks outside.
