The Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities (MPIC) has recently announced that Malaysia's Sustainable Palm Oil Certification will now be made mandatory by year 2019. The scheme, known as the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO), first launched in 2015, based on the MSPO standards (MS2530:2013 series) provides general principles for the production of sustainable palm oil that covers the 3Ps (People, Planet, Profit) in Malaysia.
Incentive wise, the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) will part-fund audit fees for mid-sized oil palm estates, so as to be Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) certified by 2019. Potential companies i.e. FGVP (M) Sdn. Bhd., Sime Darby, Genting Plantations, IJM Plantations, Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad (SOP), Sustainable Palm Oil Cluster (SPOC) Beluran, SPOC Saratok and SPOC Kulai Jaya will be the first group of companies ready for MSPO Certification.
MSPO certification demonstrates your commitment to sustainable palm oil production, to meet stakeholder and customer expectations regarding corporate social responsibility (CSR). It demonstrates that you have better understanding of your supply chain as well as a robust management system, allowing you to increase efficiency while reducing social and environmental impact. Having certified gives you a competitive advantage by allowing you access to the international market.
We are the Approved Consultant by Malaysian Palm Oil Certification Council (MPOCC) to provide consulting and technical advisory support to help you understand the requirements of the MSPO standard. We provide consulting services for MSPO, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, GDPMD, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, AS/EN 9100, ISO 50001, ISO/IEC 27001 and please contact email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.

At SAM Consulting, we always strive to exceed your expectations and provide value for money for all our services offered.
“Sir, I need your help to outsource a Lean consultant. I do not have enough headcount to handle.”
"Sorry, we are competitors. If your company cannot handle, mine can.”
I received this call from my ex colleague who works for the so called "Best Management Training Provider in Malaysia".
Walk the talk. Do not deceive your client by telling them your company consists 100% full timers, and right behind them you are sourcing for headcount to fill up your jobs. If your company is really the "BEST", you should not practise this. You are not only acting against your integrity, you are also digging your own grave.
At SAM Consulting, our pool of consultants may not be of abundance, but each of us know what we are doing. We do not take up jobs we aren't capable of, nor we go around preaching sales calls telling people we have 60 consultants but in reality only 5. If we cannot handle, we will honestly say NO. Profit making is important, but not to the extent sacrifising QUALITY DELIVERY.
We uphold integrity at its highest standard. We respect confidentiality by not posting clients' pictures on our social media accounts. We do not even share clients' profile during our sales call. That is what differenciate us from any Smart Mavericks outside.
